The best way to learn to speak French or any other language
free is to live in an environment where that language is spoken.
Go to France or Quebec. However, if you can't afford it, you can
still simulate the environment by finding a friend who is a
native speaker of that language. Get a girlfriend or boyfriend
who speaks FRENCH! Find a roommate who speaks French or move in
