Vasectomy Reversal

According to statistics, about 10% of the men who have had a vasectomy ask for vasectomy reversals. Unlike vasectomy operations which can be done under 30 minutes with only local anesthesia in an ordinary clinic or doctor’s office, vasectomy often requires a micro surgery (using microscopes) under general anesthesia and can take up to 4 hours. Success rate varies from surgeon to surgeon and chances of pregnancy are about 50%. The operation is also costly (about $5000-20000 US).
